Celebrating 5 years of Chalet!

I cannot believe the Web site has been online for 5 years! It has been a terrific way to connect with the community, learn more about the glass and glasshouses, honour the artists and preserve history. I have enjoyed every bit of working to make it a significant resource for Canadian glass lovers. Two of the best things have been meeting so many collectors through their photos and comments and seeing such gorgeous glass. So, in that spirit, groups of 5 to celebrate #5!

As well as a huge “shout out” to the hundreds of collectors that have shared their photographs, I must add a very personal “Thank You” to 3 very important people that contribute so much “behind the scenes” work to make this a glorious site - Melissa Patterson for all her videos and support, Andrew Patterson for his Web site design and support and Campbell Patterson for all the photo galleries he puts together to showcase the glass. It would not be possible to have this site without you.
